Camera access
Open iPhone Settings, find StrandSight, and allow Camera access. Photo Library access is only needed when you choose an existing image.

A photo is not accepted
Use even lighting, keep hair and scalp inside the guide, avoid heavy blur, and remove objects or backgrounds that could be mistaken for a head.
Delete your records
In StrandSight, open the My tab to delete an individual check-in or clear saved photos, analysis records, and Daily Care records from your iPhone.
Manage a subscription
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app or local records does not cancel StrandSight Pro.
